How to Use Full-Spectrum CBD CBG Oil
1. Measure your dose using our weight-based formula.
The starting formula we recommend is: (0.1) x (your body weight in lbs.) = your daily dose of CBD in mg.
2. Figure out how much of a dropper this dose is, based on the strength of your product.
This oil comes with a 1ml dropper. The amount of CBD in each dropper will vary depending on the product strength:
- 500mg option = 16.7mg CBG & 16.7mg CBD per 1 ml.
- 1000mg option = 33.3mg CBG & 33.3mg CBD per 1 ml.
- 1500mg option = 50mg CBG & 50mg CBD per 1 ml.
- 3000 mg option = 100mg CBG & 100mg CBD per 1 ml.
3. Measure out your dose with the metered dropper and place it under your tongue. Hold it there for 60 seconds to allow the oil to absorb into your mouth.
