Our DriftyZZZ’s gummies contain low-medium doses of THC (7.5mg) and CBN (10mg), with a much larger dose of 75mg CBD to balance the high. However, these gummies are still psychoactive, so you’ll want to use a weight-based formula to calculate your dose:
(0.05) x (your body weight in lbs) = your nightly dose of THC and CBN in mg.
For most people, this will be 5-15mg, or 1/3 to 1 whole gummy.
Considering the CBD in your dosage isn’t necessary for this product, because it reduces, rather than adds to, the head effect.
Once you use this dose a few times, slowly adjust it until you achieve your desired effects.
