Shipping
At this time Natural Ways ships within the United States through USPS. Orders over $49 quality for free shipping. Any order that contain drinks will be charged actual shipping based on weight and your location, unless they exceed $49. All items shipped will originate from our Tomball, TX store.
Returns
You may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund upon our receiving the returned product. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 business day), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Damaged or Missing Items
If any products arrive damaged or broken, or if part of your order is missing, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
